What We Provide

Special Systems — in detail

We design, install, terminate, and commission special systems for commercial and industrial facilities across Arizona — coordinated with our own underground, HVAC, and construction crews. Here is what each part of the scope actually involves.

Structured Cabling & Data

  • Copper and fiber backbone — The data backbone that connects the building's network. We install the copper and fiber cabling that runs between communications rooms and out to every work area.
  • Data and communications rooms — We build out the IDF and MDF communications rooms — racks, plywood backboards, grounding, and clean power — that house the network gear.
  • Patch panels and terminations — We terminate and dress the cabling into patch panels and jacks, labeled and organized so the IT team can manage it without guesswork.
  • Testing and certification — Every cable run is tested and certified to its performance category (Cat 6, fiber, and so on), with the results documented and handed to the owner.

Security & Access Control

  • Access-control rough-in and devices — We rough-in and install access control — card readers, electric locks, request-to-exit devices, and the cabling that ties each door back to the controller.
  • Door hardware coordination — Access control has to work with the physical door hardware. We coordinate electric strikes, mag locks, and power-transfer hinges with the hardware and door suppliers so the openings function and stay code-compliant.
  • Intrusion detection — We install intrusion-detection devices — motion, door, and glass-break sensors — and the panels that monitor them.
  • Credential and panel integration — We install and integrate the controllers and panels so the system manages credentials, schedules, and alarms from a single platform.

Video Surveillance (CCTV)

  • Camera pathways and cabling — We install the conduit, pathways, and cabling that feed every camera location, inside and out.
  • IP and PoE infrastructure — Modern cameras run on IP networks and Power-over-Ethernet. We install the structured cabling and PoE infrastructure they depend on.
  • NVR and head-end rooms — We build out the head-end where the network video recorders and monitoring equipment live, with the power and cooling they require.
  • Coverage coordination — We coordinate camera locations and pathways with the security design so the coverage matches the plan without blind spots.

AV, Paging & Specialty

  • Audio/visual and paging — We install the cabling and devices for audio/visual systems, public-address, and paging — for conference rooms, common areas, and facility-wide announcements.
  • Intercom and nurse call — Intercom, nurse-call, and area-of-rescue systems for healthcare, schools, and public buildings, roughed-in and wired to specification.
  • Grounding and bonding for sensitive equipment — Sensitive electronics need clean grounding to work reliably. We install dedicated grounding and bonding for data, AV, and equipment rooms.
  • Specialty low-voltage systems — From distributed-antenna (DAS) pathways to specialty controls, we install the low-voltage infrastructure a project's systems require.
