Do you work on residential HVAC?

Yes — for replacement. We replace residential air conditioners, heat pumps and gas packs, and we do the electrical side of the change-out too — the circuit, the disconnect, and any panel work — because we hold both the CR-39 mechanical and CR-11 electrical licenses. There is no gap between the HVAC company and the electrician to fall into. What we are not is a 24/7 no-cool service company: we don’t chase a capacitor at 9 p.m., and we’d rather say so than take the call and disappoint you. Can you replace a rooftop unit on an occupied building?

Yes, and most of our change-outs are exactly that. We plan the crane pick and rigging path with the property manager, confirm the curb adapter before the equipment is ordered, and schedule the swap for the window that costs your operation the least — often a weekend.

Do you handle the electrical for the equipment too?

Yes — that's the main reason owners bring us in. We hold both the CR-39 mechanical and CR-11 electrical licenses, so the conductors, disconnect, service receptacle, and controls wiring are ours. There is no gap between the mechanical contractor and the electrician to fall into.

Do you do preventive maintenance and service?

Yes. We provide start-up, service, retrofits, and preventive maintenance, and for facilities that want one contractor across trades, HVAC maintenance can be scheduled alongside electrical and life-safety testing on the same visits.

Who handles refrigerant?

Our technicians. Line sets and brazing, evacuation and charging, leak testing, and EPA-compliant recovery and handling are part of the scope we self-perform — see refrigerant & piping.

Do you provide test and balance and commissioning?

We perform start-up and functional testing and coordinate test and balance, then verify the sequences of operation actually run the way the design intended before the system is turned over.
