About the permit counts on this page: they come from the City of Tucson’s GIS permit feed, which covers the City only. 11,041 of these 24,385 parcels (45%) sit in unincorporated Pima County, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita or South Tucson and can never show one — a blank is the feed’s reach, not the property’s history. Each parcel’s own report reads its jurisdiction’s record.
