What does Arizona Electrical Solutions, LLC do?
We are a full-service, commercial design-build contractor based in Tucson, Arizona. We self-perform electrical, electrical engineering, HVAC/mechanical, underground utilities with heavy equipment, and general construction under a single design-build contract.

We focus on commercial, industrial, institutional, municipal, and mixed-use projects across Arizona — ground-up construction, tenant improvements, underground utilities and heavy equipment, HVAC integration, and design-build delivery, all self-performed under one contract.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. We hold four active Arizona ROC licenses — 329360 (KB-1 Building), 312437 (KA Engineering), 276948 (CR-11 Electrical), and 326401 (CR-39 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) — and we are bonded and insured for commercial and public work. See our Credentials page.
What is design-build, and why does it matter?
Design-build means one firm handles both the design and the construction under a single contract. Because we self-perform the electrical, underground, and construction work, the owner gets one estimate, one schedule, and one point of accountability — with fewer hand-offs and field conflicts.
Which trades do you self-perform?
We self-perform electrical, electrical engineering, HVAC/mechanical, and underground utilities with our own Cat® equipment fleet, and we act as general contractor coordinating the full building program.
Do you provide in-house electrical engineering?
Yes. Backed by our ROC KA engineering classification, we provide power system design, load calculations and one-lines, lighting and photometric design, arc-flash and coordination studies, special-systems and controls design, solar/EV, and permit-ready construction documents. How do I request a bid or proposal?
Submit a project inquiry on our contact page or call (520) 308-6235. Share the project type, location, scope, and schedule, and we'll respond promptly. We can also provide a prequalification package with license, bonding, and insurance documentation.
How can my company become a subcontractor?
Complete the subcontractor qualification form. We partner with reliable trade contractors across all disciplines and add qualified firms to our bid database.
