Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of this website and its free tools.
Last updated: June 4, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aztucsonelectricalsolutions.com (the “Site”), operated by Arizona Electrical Solutions, LLC (“Arizona Electrical Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use automated means to overload or scrape it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
Free tools, calculators, and AI assistants
The Site offers free tools as an educational resource, including electrical calculators (voltage drop, conduit fill, wire ampacity, box fill, residential load, and panel schedule) and AI-powered assistants (such as the Code Assistant and TEP Standards assistant).
These tools are provided for general informational and educational purposes only and are not engineering, design, or code-compliance advice. Results are estimates that may not account for every condition, exception, local amendment, or the latest adopted code. They may contain errors, and AI assistants can produce inaccurate or incomplete information.
You are solely responsible for verifying any result against the current National Electrical Code (NEC), all applicable state and local codes and amendments, the requirements of your authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) and serving utility, and the judgment of a licensed professional before relying on it for any design, permit, installation, or purchase. Using these tools does not create an engineer-client, contractor-client, or other professional relationship with Arizona Electrical Solutions, and does not substitute for stamped engineering or a licensed contractor.
No warranties
The Site and all content and tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arizona Electrical Solutions and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arizona Electrical Solutions from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the design and functionality of the tools — are owned by or licensed to Arizona Electrical Solutions and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own informational and project use, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites and resources (for example, utility and code references). We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
Submissions
Information you submit through our forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information through the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
