Public-Works & Bonded Capability

  • Bonded and prequalified — Public projects require bid, performance, and payment bonds. We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and provide the prequalification package agencies and their engineers ask for.
  • General and engineering license scope — Our Arizona ROC KB-1 building and KA engineering licenses, alongside our electrical and HVAC credentials, let us hold public contracts directly across building and civil scopes.
  • Documentation and compliance — We carry the submittals, certified payroll, inspections, and closeout documentation that public contracts demand — not an afterthought, but part of how we run the job.

Water, Wastewater & Pump Stations

  • Pump and lift-station power — We install the power, controls, and standby systems for water and wastewater pump and lift stations — the infrastructure a community cannot do without.
  • Motor controls, VFDs, and SCADA — We install the motor controls, variable-frequency drives, and SCADA/telemetry wiring that run and monitor pumps and treatment processes remotely.
  • Standby and emergency power — We install generators and automatic transfer switches so critical water and wastewater systems keep running through a utility outage.
  • Hazardous and wet-location wiring — We install corrosion-resistant and classified wiring methods suited to the wet, chemical, and hazardous environments these facilities contain.

Streetlighting & Traffic Infrastructure

  • Streetlighting systems — We install streetlighting from the underground conduit and pole bases to the poles, LED fixtures, and controls along roadways and public corridors.
  • Traffic and intersection conduit — We install the underground conduit, pull boxes, and power for traffic signals and intersection equipment as part of roadway improvements.
  • LED conversions for public agencies — We convert aging municipal lighting to LED — cutting energy and maintenance cost for the agency, with the documentation rebate programs require.
  • Owned equipment for roadway work — Our own trenching and excavation fleet handles the underground work in public right-of-way on our schedule, with traffic control and restoration.
