Tucson home permit history reports, ZIP code by ZIP code
Permit history, inspections, assessor record and recorded sales for 347,858 homes in the Pima County record, listed by ZIP code and indexed by street.
Permit-history reports for every home with a street address in the Pima County record — 347,858 residential parcels in 45 ZIP codes, single-family houses, condos and townhouses, duplexes and manufactured homes across Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, South Tucson and unincorporated Pima County. Each report is built from the public record: permit history with links to the official file, inspection results, the assessor’s building record and recorded sales, sewer, flood zone and an aerial. Public record as of 2026-08-16.
A record, not a listing: nothing here says whether a home is for sale, and nothing here is an inspection. Ownership and people are never shown.
Ordering signal: 14,988 of these homes have a City of Tucson residential building permit since 2022 in the City’s GIS feed — the only permit feed this directory counts. Every report reads the permit record of its own jurisdiction (City of Tucson, Pima County, Oro Valley; Marana and Sahuarita by portal link), so a home outside the City can still show permits on its report even though its ZIP page counts none.

Each ZIP page indexes its homes by street name, 300 addresses to a page, every one linking to that address’s report. The ZIP’s first page also lists the homes with the most City of Tucson permit activity since 2022.
