What We Provide

Site Preparation & Grading — in detail

Here is what each part of the scope actually involves — the work, what it means, and what our crews do, on commercial and industrial projects across Arizona.

Clearing & Grading

  • Clearing and grubbing — We clear and grub the work area, removing brush, debris, and obstructions to get down to workable ground.
  • Rough and fine grading — We bring the site to rough grade, then to fine grade and elevation for building pads, equipment, and drainage.
  • Cut and fill — We balance cut and fill across the site, moving and placing material to the engineered elevations.

Pads & Subgrade

  • Building and equipment pads — We prepare and compact the pads that buildings, gear, and equipment sit on, to the specified bearing and elevation.
  • Subgrade preparation — We prepare the subgrade under slabs, paving, and pads so what is built on top performs.
  • Compaction and density — We compact in lifts and coordinate density testing so the subgrade and fill meet spec.

Drainage & Coordination

  • Drainage and grading to plan — We grade to the civil plan so water moves where it should and away from where it should not.
  • Coordination with underground — Because we also self-perform the underground, grading and utility work are sequenced together instead of fought over.
