Start-up, testing and balancing, commissioning support, and planned maintenance — here is what our service work covers once the equipment is set.

Start-Up & Commissioning

  • Equipment start-up and checkout — We start up and check out equipment, verifying it runs, charges, and controls correctly before turnover.
  • Testing, adjusting & balancing (TAB) — We coordinate TAB so airflow and water flow match the design across the whole building.
  • Commissioning support — We support the commissioning process — functional testing of equipment and sequences — so the systems perform as designed.

Service & Retrofit

  • Retrofits and replacements — We replace aging equipment and retrofit systems for efficiency and reliability, often in occupied facilities with minimal disruption.
  • Preventive maintenance — We can set up preventive maintenance that keeps equipment running and extends its life.
  • Owner training — We train the owner's staff on the systems they will operate and maintain.
