Mechanical crew leaders who run the work in the field — managing layout, schedule, material, and people on commercial HVAC projects while coordinating MEP scopes with the GC and other trades.

What you'll do

  • Lead and schedule a mechanical crew; assign and track daily production
  • Perform layout and direct installation from contract documents
  • Manage material orders, tools, and equipment on site
  • Coordinate MEP scopes with the GC, superintendent, and other trades
  • Enforce safety and quality; complete daily reports and as-builts
  • Develop apprentices and journeymen on the crew

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years leading commercial HVAC/mechanical crews
  • Strong mechanical print reading and layout
  • EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred)
  • Scheduling and basic production-tracking ability
  • OSHA 30; valid driver's license
  • Clear communication and crew-management skills
