HVAC Apprentice / Installer

Start your career in the mechanical trade. You'll assist with equipment setting, ductwork, refrigerant piping, and rough-in under supervision on commercial projects — learning the HVAC-R craft hands-on while you earn.
What you'll do
- Assist with setting rooftop units, split systems, and refrigeration equipment
- Help fabricate, hang, and seal ductwork
- Assist with refrigerant piping and mechanical rough-in
- Handle and stage material; keep the work area clean and safe
- Learn safe use of hand and power tools of the mechanical trade
- Learn from journeymen and service technicians on the crew
What we're looking for
- 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders, rooftops, and in varied conditions
- Willingness to pursue EPA 608 certification
- Basic hand tools (or willingness to acquire them)
- OSHA 10 a plus; positive attitude and strong work ethic
This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Tucson, Arizona, working on commercial projects across the state. Arizona Electrical Solutions, LLC is the direct employer — this is not a staffing-agency posting.
