Electrical & Construction in Vail
Vail sits at the leading edge of southeast Tucson's growth, and its commercial backbone runs along the I-10 and South Rita Road corridor. The UA Tech Park at Rita and the rail-served Port of Tucson inland intermodal facility anchor real industrial, warehouse, and R&D demand, while retail keeps expanding at Houghton Town Center near Houghton and Old Vail Roads, anchored by Walmart, Home Depot, Ross, and TJ Maxx. Master-planned growth at Rocking K, Civano, Rita Ranch, and the planned Vail Crossings is pulling new commercial pads, schools across the top-rated Vail Unified School District, and tenant build-outs that all need commercial electrical work.

Most of Vail is served by Tucson Electric Power (TEP), which operates a substation near I-10 and South Rita Road, while parts of the surrounding area fall under Trico Electric Cooperative or Sulphur Springs Valley Electric (SSVEC). Because Vail is unincorporated, commercial building and electrical permits are issued by Pima County Development Services through permits.pima.gov, not a town office. We coordinate utility service applications and county plan review so your panel upgrade, service install, or tenant build-out clears inspection cleanly.
KB-1 (Building), KA (Engineering), CR-11 (Electrical), CR-39 (A/C & Refrigeration) — bonded & insured.
Electrical, engineering, HVAC, underground, and construction in-house — one schedule, one change-order process.
We coordinate service, metering, and Vail permitting so your project doesn’t stall at the utility.
