Refrigerant & Piping

Clean, leak-free refrigerant and mechanical piping installed and tested by certified technicians.

What We Provide

Refrigerant & Piping — in detail

Here is what each part of the scope actually involves — the work, what it means, and what our crews do, on commercial and industrial projects across Arizona.

Refrigerant Piping

  • Line sets and brazing — We run and braze refrigerant line sets between condensing units and indoor equipment, with a nitrogen purge for clean, oxide-free joints.
  • Evacuation and charging — We pressure-test, evacuate, and charge systems to the manufacturer's specification so they run efficiently and last.
  • Leak testing — We leak-test piping before charging so the system holds — protecting both performance and the environment.

Mechanical Piping & Handling

  • Condensate and hydronic piping — We install condensate drains and hydronic (heating and chilled water) piping — pitched, supported, and insulated.
  • EPA-compliant refrigerant handling — Our technicians handle, recover, and reclaim refrigerant in compliance with EPA Section 608 requirements.
