Here is what each part of the scope actually involves — the work, what it means, and what our crews do, on commercial and industrial projects across Arizona.

Cooling & Heating Equipment

  • Rooftop units (RTUs) and packaged systems — We rig, set, curb, and connect packaged rooftop units — the workhorse of most commercial HVAC — and start them up to specification.
  • Split and VRF / VRV systems — We install split systems and variable-refrigerant-flow systems where zoning and efficiency matter, including indoor units, branch controllers, and refrigerant piping.
  • Chillers, boilers, and hydronics — For larger facilities we install chillers, boilers, pumps, and the hydronic piping that distributes heating and cooling water.

Air & Specialty

  • Make-up air and exhaust — We install make-up air units, exhaust fans, and energy-recovery units that keep a building's air balanced and code-compliant.
  • Commercial refrigeration — We install and connect commercial refrigeration systems for the facilities that need them.
  • Rigging and setting — We coordinate the crane and rigging to land heavy equipment safely on the roof or pad.

Start-Up

  • Start-up and checkout — We start up and check out every unit — verifying it runs, charges, and controls the way it was designed to.
  • Manufacturer coordination — We coordinate with the equipment manufacturers on start-up requirements and warranty.
