Credentials

Licensed, bonded, and insured to build

The paperwork that lets an owner award with confidence. We carry the licensing, bonding capacity, and insurance coverage required for commercial and public design-build work in Arizona.

Licensing

Four Arizona ROC licenses — one self-performing contractor

Our four active Arizona Registrar of Contractors licenses are what make true single-source design-build possible. Each of our self-performed disciplines is backed by its own classification — electrical, HVAC, engineering, and building — all held by one contractor, so the entire scope lives under licenses we hold ourselves rather than subcontracted out.

General — Building

ROC 329360 · Dual KB-1

General Dual KB-1 Dual Building Contractor — ground-up commercial building and general contracting.

General — Engineering

ROC 312437 · Dual KA

General Dual KA Dual Engineering — heavy-civil and underground utility / site infrastructure work.

Specialty — Electrical

ROC 276948 · Dual CR-11

Specialty Dual CR-11 Electrical — service & distribution, lighting, life-safety, special systems, and controls.

Specialty — HVAC

ROC 326401 · Dual CR-39

Specialty Dual CR-39 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration — mechanical / HVAC integration.

All four licenses are issued by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and are publicly verifiable by license number through the ROC registry.

Bonding

Bonded for commercial & public work

We maintain surety bonding capacity for the contract sizes we pursue, including the bid, performance, and payment bonds required on public projects. Bonding capacity confirms an owner's project can be completed and the trades and suppliers below us get paid.

  • Bid bonds for competitive procurement
  • Performance bonds securing completion
  • Payment bonds protecting subs and suppliers
  • Single and aggregate capacity sized to the work

Specific bonding limits and surety information available on request for qualified projects.
