Documents & Permitting

  • Permit-ready construction documents — We produce the construction documents and specifications that both plan review and the field rely on.
  • NEC compliance and AHJ submittals — We design to the NEC and local amendments and prepare the submittals the authority having jurisdiction requires.
  • PE-stamped drawings as required — We coordinate professional-engineer stamping where the project or the jurisdiction requires it.

Coordination & Records

  • Utility service applications — We prepare and coordinate the utility service applications that get a project connected.
  • BIM / Revit modeling and clash coordination — We model in BIM/Revit and resolve clashes with the other trades before they ever reach the field.
  • Submittals, RFIs, and as-builts — We manage submittals and RFIs during construction and deliver record (as-built) documents at close-out.
