Field Position • Entry Level
Electrical Apprentice
Start your career in the electrical trade. Apprentices work hands-on under journeyman supervision while earning a paycheck and learning the code, tools, and craft on real commercial projects. No experience required — just reliability and a willingness to learn.
What you'll do
- Assist journeymen with conduit bending, pulling wire, and terminations
- Install raceway, boxes, devices, fixtures, and supports
- Handle and stage material; keep the work area clean and safe
- Learn to read plans and apply the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Attend related apprenticeship coursework
What we're looking for
- 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet, on ladders, and in varied conditions
- Willing to enroll in or already in a registered apprenticeship
- Basic hand tools (or willingness to acquire them)
- OSHA 10 a plus; positive attitude and strong work ethic

Field Position • Skilled Trade
Journeyman Electrician
Experienced electricians who can install and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems with minimal supervision, work from prints, and mentor apprentices on the crew.
What you'll do
- Install service & distribution, feeders, branch circuits, and gear
- Lay out and install conduit, cable tray, lighting, and devices to NEC
- Make terminations and connections; test and troubleshoot systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and specifications
- Coordinate with other trades and mentor apprentices
- Maintain quality, productivity, and a safe work site
What we're looking for
- Completed apprenticeship / journeyman card or equivalent (~8,000 hrs)
- Strong working knowledge of the NEC and commercial methods
- Confident blueprint reading and layout
- Own hand tools and a valid driver's license
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented

Field Leadership
Electrical Foreman
Crew leaders who run the work in the field — managing people, material, layout, and schedule on a project while holding the line on quality and safety.
What you'll do
- Lead and schedule a crew; assign and track daily production
- Perform layout and direct installation from contract documents
- Manage material orders, tools, and equipment on site
- Coordinate with the GC, superintendent, and other trades
- Enforce safety and quality; complete daily reports and as-builts
- Develop apprentices and journeymen on the crew
What we're looking for
- At least 3–5+ years in a Foreman position on commercial electrical projects
- Strong NEC knowledge, layout, and blueprint reading
- Scheduling and basic production-tracking ability
- Clear communication and crew-management skills
- OSHA 30; valid driver's license
- Track record of bringing jobs in on time and on budget

Senior Field Leadership
Electrical Superintendent
Senior field leaders who oversee multiple crews and projects — planning manpower, driving schedule, and owning safety and quality across the field organization.
What you'll do
- Direct overall field operations across multiple projects
- Plan and balance manpower; mentor and support foremen
- Drive schedule adherence and resolve field conflicts
- Own safety-program enforcement and quality standards
- Coordinate with owners, GCs, and project management
- Oversee production, budgets, and look-ahead planning
What we're looking for
- 8–10+ years of commercial electrical experience, including multi-crew leadership
- Master or journeyman license with deep code knowledge
- Strong scheduling, planning, and people-leadership skills
- Comfortable with scheduling/PM software and reporting
- OSHA 30; valid driver's license
- Proven record managing safety, schedule, and budget at scale

Mechanical • All Levels
HVAC Positions (All Types)
We hire across the full mechanical career path — from apprentices to journeymen, service techs, and controls specialists — installing and servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration coordinated with our electrical and construction scopes.
HVAC Apprentice / Installer
Assist with equipment setting, ductwork, refrigerant piping, and rough-in under supervision while learning the trade.
Journeyman HVAC / Refrigeration
Install and pipe commercial HVAC-R systems, braze, evacuate, charge, and start up equipment to spec.
HVAC Service Technician
Diagnose, repair, and maintain rooftop units, splits, and refrigeration; troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
Controls / BAS Technician
Install, program, and commission building automation and HVAC controls; integrate with electrical systems.
HVAC Foreman
Lead mechanical crews, manage layout and schedule, and coordinate MEP in the field.
What we look for
EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred for techs), refrigerant & brazing skills, OSHA 10/30, and a valid driver's license.
Typical responsibilities
- Install, pipe, and start up commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Fabricate and hang ductwork; set rooftop and split systems
- Run and braze refrigerant lines; evacuate and charge systems
- Service, diagnose, and repair mechanical and control faults
- Coordinate equipment power and controls with the electrical scope
Typical requirements (by level)
- EPA 608 certification — Universal preferred for service/journeyman roles
- Hands-on HVAC-R install or service experience for skilled roles
- Controls/BAS programming experience for controls technicians
- Own hand tools; OSHA 10 (field) or 30 (lead) preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean, safety-minded work habits
