Carlos did the work for me along with another great helper and arrived early !. They did clean and professional work informing me every step of the way as to what was being done. My dogs were horrible yet Carlos tried gently to make friends. with one of my nasty dog. I was VERY happy with the work and I hope Carols is a valued employee. However, the man that came out before to view the job and give the estimate was cold and impersonal. he also forgot very important items on my list. He had an attitude that need addressing I made a guess he wasd a relitive of teh owern and thoguth he was above it all.

I would just like to let everyone know that our service from Cesar was outstanding today. He was very professional, on time, knowledgeable and efficient. We were very happy that he was able to accomplish what we asked for and the work was done correctly. It was also exactly the cost we were expecting.
